Each inspection receives an overall property score. The calculations used for the scores are based on the HUD REAC inspection scoring logic. This allows you to approximate the score as though a HUD inspector has evaluated your property.
With INSPECT5 you can export your inspection as a TIG file which can be shared with others. This allows you to have a copy of your inspection where ever you go and can import it to the tool later, if needed.
Our simulated score reports display a point deduction for each deficiency. Focus your resources on correcting the higher point deficiency items in order to receive a higher score.
At any point during the inspection you are able to generate reports in ADOBE PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel formats to share with others.
When updates to the software are released the software notifies you that they are ready for download.
Because INPECT5 is designed for tablet you get all the benefits of mobile technology in your inspection software.
INSPECT5 stores data locally and in the cloud. This allows multiple inspectors to work on the same property. Inspection data from each inspector is sent to a common database where it is merged together into one inspection.
The REAC (Real Estate Assessment Center) UPCS (Uniform Physical Condition Standards) has become the accepted standard of multifamily properties and IRS tax credit throughout the country. Because INSPECT5 uses the UPCS standard you are sure to be inspecting those items identified as important by inspectors across the country.
Because INSPECT5 uses the UPCS standard for deficiencies, standard deficiency evaluation is encouraged.
If your tablet has a camera INSPECT5 lets you take pictures and add them to your inspection.
