There is no difference in license price between a company account and an individual user. However, there are a few things to know about the differences.
As an individual user or independent contractor you will not be sharing the inspections with other people in the cloud, although you can always print out reports in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel and share the reports. You can also add employees at a later time.
If you are an individual user and you anticipate being added later as an employee of a company, then we recommend using an email address which does not belong to a company.
INSPECT5 is capable of sharing inspections between employees of a company. This permits others in a company to work together on an inspection. This permits others in a company to download a completed inspection.
When you create an account you will become the account administrator for your company. As an account administrator you add employee accounts to your company. This way INSPECT5 knows who belongs to your company.
If you are an employee of a company ask your account administrator to add you as an employee.
